Watermelon Seeds

Everything is calm in your city, the crickets start chirping and you are gently looking at the city skyline from your window. Until a roar breaks the silence of the sleeping city: You’re seeing the bombs flaring in the distance, aiming in your direction. There is nowhere you can hide or seek repair: you just have to accept your fate and pray, thinking about your life while everything you know is being destroyed and everyone you love killed.
